This role ensures smooth office operations, supports project timelines, and helps maintain effective communication across departments and stakeholders.Some of the Responsibilities include:-Act as a point of contact for internal and external parties regarding administrative and project mattersAssist with logistics of deliveries, ensuring project items are received and delivered to the appropriate hotel departmentDraft professional emails, reports and communicationsSupporting division heads to gather input, monitor timelines, to ensure project deliverables are metScheduling and facilitating project-related meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and follow-ups are documentedLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project deliveryQualificationsA successful candidate will have:Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience in administration and/or project coordination.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, or project tracking software).
