At WiseTech Global we tackle some of the most complex challenges in the logistics industry. We are on the lookout for a freight forwarding expert to leverage their in-depth knowledge and help guide the development of our industry-leading software, CargoWise.

**About the Role**:

- Understand and analyse issues
- Identify root causes of problems
- Collaborate with developers to deliver impactful solutions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues
- Deliver exceptional 2nd-line customer support
- Draft requirements for new features and functionalities
- Assess existing functionality and recommend enhancements
- Document support materials and release notes
- Analyse and document business processes
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend optimal practices
- Troubleshoot issues promptly
- Conduct UAT (user acceptance testing) for software fixes and new features
- Collaborate with customers and developers throughout the product lifecycle

**About You**:
You're a natural problem solver with a talent for uncovering the root cause of issues. Clear communication, active listening, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment are your strengths. You're eager to make a difference and thrive on continuous learning.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in freight forwarding
- Familiarity with CargoWise forwarding modules (highly beneficial)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-driven learning and professional development
- Background in software products (advantageous but not essential)
- Stakeholder management expertise
- Critical thinking and constructive feedback skills
- Customer service mindset when supporting clients
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a drive for improvement
