We are currently recruiting for talented and experienced **Full Time - Cafe Manager** who places the customer first and makes the very best coffee this side of town

Located within a busy**_ corporate office_**, this "**in house**" cafe role will see you working in a fast-paced environment, operating the very best equipment and using the very best beans and products. You will manage a small passionate and friendly team.

**The position**:

- Operationally manage the outlet on a day-to-day basis
- Work with the Operations Manager to achieve budgets and targets
- Effectively train and manage the team
- Maintain equipment and ensure cafe is always at standard

**The Person**:

- 2-3 years' experience in similar position - fine dining or corporate setting desirable
- Certifications or qualifications in hospitality management preferred
- Impeccable presentation and grooming - always presenting best foot forward
- All-rounder capability - able to make quality coffee and manage a great team
