Overview / Responsibilities:
In this role you will be based in a key client office and report to the Team Lead, working primarily on packages and campaigns that will draw on your interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Standardise maintenance plans across equipment types
- Optimise maintenance plans by package / system
- Review isolation boundaries, live vs shutdown
- Identify maintenance items and frequency

Skills / Qualifications:
It takes a diverse range of people to achieve the level of impact Wood has on the global energy sector. As a member of the team you will demonstrate:

- Strong Trades background and experience in maintenance and reliability, or a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical / Instrumentation engineering
- 5+ years experience in maintenance and reliability engineering
- Recent relevant experience in FMEA, RCM, ECA, PMO, Spares and Inventory optimisation
- Operational maintenance experience working in either Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Infrastructure sectors and strong rotating equipment experience is essential
- Demonstrated safety focus, appreciation for Control of Work protocols, understanding of isolation requirements and field execution of maintenance
- Previous Asset Management experience or qualifications would be ideal
- Diligent and dependable with a professional demeanor
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and prior experience in working collaboratively with client organisations on secondment
- Strong written communication skills for technical report writing
