**Job Description**:
AECOM's ANZ Operations Change Team is looking for a collaborative specialist to lead our high performing team and lead change programs across the region. You will support support our Change Managers including developing the change strategy, managing and monitoring Operations and Change initiatives as required by the business. Current programs including but not limited to: ESG, Digital Transformation, RAP, Global Finance Transformation, Project Delivery Evolution, Advancing How we Work, Fast Forward to the Future Real Estate transition.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with the Change Mangers to develop the change Strategy and plan which defines the right approach to the situation through the lens of our regional requirement.
- Provide guidance, effective and collaborative Leadership and strategic direction to the Change Managers to enable successful management of the change program.
- Partnering with Leaders across the business to develop and gain endorsement for the business case and change plan strategy which will support the business adopt to the change successfully.
- Define and measure success metrics, monitor and govern change progress across the portfolio of change programs. Reporting on progress and risks to Operational Services Director and COO.
- Manage the Change Calendar quarterly review and scheduling for all Change Programs across Support Services for ANZ. Working with Support Service Leads to define the value, benefits, risk mitigation and schedule priorities aligned to the business needs.
- Develop business cases for endorsement and approval of investment time and cost for initiatives. Evaluate and ensure readiness to implement the change (go/no-go) and provide guidance to the Operational Services Director and COO to enable regional sign off on system go live options.
- Engage and partner with the Regional Operations Group to provide updates on the change portfolio and act on any feedback to support successful programs.
- Provide support with new initiatives, change management, communications, reporting and analysis.
- Review Operations inefficiencies as they arise through feedback on frustrations from our people and develop improvement plans or act on resolving any issues to ensure the process is effective for our business.
- Be the authorised delegate for the Operational Services Director, ANZ which includes Procurement, IT, Travel Services, Real Estate, Change Programs, Net Zero in leave of absence.
This role is being offered as a 12 month fixed-term parental leave contract.
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years Operations and/or Project, Technical and Financial experience
- Experience in Change Management or Transformation programs.
- Experience in Project/Program Management
- Business Degree or equivalent.
