An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Administration Support, supporting our Project Team on one of Sydney's iconic infrastructure projects, the Engineering Design Assurance (EDA) Technical Partner for Sydney Metro. This is great opportunity for someone who recently graduated or will be graduating soon from the study. We have a great ECP (Early Career Professionals) cohort across our business, and therefore you will be joining a team with knowledge and take care of each other for success.
This role is a blend of Project support and administrative responsibilities, together with the strong organisation skills to manage a range of tasks that support the rapidly growing Project team.
What is your day look like:
- Directly reporting to the applicable Project Manager or Work Package Lead within current Project Delivery structures.
- Support the Administration for Project Delivery, Project Controls and Commercial/Procurement Management, including internal Mott MacDonald Business Management System requirements.
- Support the Administration of Project Reporting requirements (inc. cost/time/program/risk/change).
- Support the Administration of multidisciplinary Design Management, to deliver quality controlled outputs.
- Support the Administration of Stakeholder Engagement activities (both internal and client facing), inc. the organisation of workshops, location hire, catering and learning packs for attendees.
- General Project Administration tasks, inc. diary management, scheduling assistance, travel coordination, meeting set-up and minute generation.
- The successful applicant will have:
- Previous project support and administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Strong record keeping skills.
