This is a pivotal role that supports the development, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Early Careers program. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and offboarding of graduates, including administrative tasks.
About the Opportunity- The candidate will assist in developing and structuring graduate programs, including rotations.
- They will administer external rotations, process agreements, coordinate rotation timings, and provide general support to graduates.
- Monitoring graduates' progress during rotations and developing individualised development plans are also key responsibilities.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for graduates regarding training allocation, rotation changes, and mentoring program management is another critical task.
- Overseeing support to program participants by responding to queries and providing proactive updates is essential.
- Liaising with business partners and leaders on cohort queries is also required.
- Working with the recruitment team to support recruitment activities, including assessment centres, is an important aspect of this role.
- We seek candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in providing high-quality administrative support is essential.
- Candidates should have experience working in diverse environments with teams located in different locations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service is necessary.
- High attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills are also required.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure with resilience while maintaining agreed service levels and standards is crucial.
- A proven proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously is essential.
- High level computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also required.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
