Annabel Neasham Racing is seeking a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to delivering results to take up the opportunity of Stable Foreperson at our Eagle Farm location.

**Duties include**:

- Managing the day-to-day tasks required for a barn of horses in training;
- Providing leadership, direction & support to stable staff on operational and training activity/requests;
- Management and coordination of stable staff, including timesheet management & assisting in rostering;
- Taking horse temperatures and / or administering treatments;
- Work with stable vets/ farriers to manage the ongoing welfare of horses;
- Maintain horse records in line with the rules of racing;
- Traveling to jump-outs, barrier trials, race days, and representing the stable.
- Preparing horses for strappers /riders / trackwork

**Requirements;**
- Outstanding communications skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a stable barn and team;
- Extensive experience and confidence in handling and educating horses;
- Race day experience representing a stable;
- Knowledge and understanding of the rules of racing;
- Capacity to work with and harness technology, including stable management systems and equine tracking devices;
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety protocols and best stable practices.
