We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our sales team at Eagle Farm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to grow in a family owned business.

The successful candidate will be part of a small dynamic sales team and will support all administration functions for the Sales Manager. They will provide ongoing support to the Sales Team, participate in regular meetings, attend product training, update database, process sales orders, be involved in the tendering process and perform general administration duties.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Passion to succeed
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • MS Office - Intermediate
  • CRM experience, ZOHO highly regarded but not essential

This permanent full time position offers:
