**Team Leader Laboratory Technician**
**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**

Residential Full Time Position

**About the Role**

leader of laboratory shift crews, ensuring timely completion of laboratory workloads, compliance with quality

procedures and providing technical support to laboratory staff.

**Responsibilities include**:

- supervise, train and assess Laboratory shift personnel;
- maintain laboratory quality systems and documentation;
- develop and document new Laboratory procedures;
- troubleshoot laboratory technical issues;
- perform laboratory system maintenance as per schedule and perform or delegate laboratory housekeeping

duties; and
- provide mentoring support for level 1-4 laboratory shift personnel.
- Certificate IV in Laboratory Skills or relevant tertiary qualification;
- five (5) years relevant industry experience;
- high-level written and verbal communication skills;
- knowledge of MS Office programs;
- leadership, training and assessment skills;
- troubleshooting abilities with laboratory analysis, software and instrumentation;
- good understanding of the relevant work procedures dealing with sample preparation, sizing, AAS, ICP and XRF

analysis ;
- knowledge of CCLAS LIMS software; and
- **Must reside or be prepared to relocate to within 30 minutes' drive of the Greenbushes Lithium Operation.**
