We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Beauty Lab in a part-time capacity at 29 hours per week. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for customers through various services.

Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless operation of Beauty Lab classes, recruiting and booking customers for workshops and events, and fostering team commitment to customer service excellence.

A successful candidate will possess a true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences, be confident in coaching and developing team members, and have strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will be available to work late evenings and weekends.
