In this role, you will lead change management initiatives across several high-impact projects, guiding each initiative from start to finish to ensure successful adoption within the agreed scope, time, and budget. Developing tailored change strategies will be a central part of your role; this includes assessing the impact of changes and designing comprehensive approaches using essential change management tools, such as Change Impact Assessments, to accurately scope and manage each project.

Building strong stakeholder relationships will be key to your success. You will conduct in-depth stakeholder analysis to identify and engage key stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned with project objectives. Through strategic communications and engagement efforts, you will help foster their commitment to the change process, ensuring they remain connected and supportive.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated success in designing, developing and implementing change management and communications plans across multiple transformation projects in a large organisation.
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including the ability to manage and produce high quality written material for a wide range of audiences and shared across a variety of channels
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and across large complex environments, whilst prioritising your work under pressure.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) highly regarded
