Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth using data insights and workforce planning.
  • Guide and support leaders in managing employee issues, investigations and case management in alignment with our values and policies.
  • Support the development of local industrial relations, aligned with our overall industrial strategy.
  • Lead the rollout of organisational change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change and HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving abilities.
