As a key player in our fast-paced operations, you'll help ensure the factory runs like a well-oiled machine. Whether you're keeping the place in top shape or supporting the team to meet targets, every day will bring a new challenge.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient factory and warehouse.
- Work closely with a skilled team to keep production running smoothly.
- Help maintain high-quality standards across all operations.
- Stick to strict Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines, ensuring safety for yourself and the team.
- Support the Factory Manager with a variety of hands-on tasks in manufacturing and operations.

What We're Looking For:

- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Forklift licence? Bonus points for that
- Physical fitness and a strong work ethic—this job keeps you moving.
- A positive attitude and a team-first mentality, but also the ability to work independently.
- Someone who's detail-oriented, fast-moving, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, with hands-on training from industry experts.
- A commitment to safety, with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
