We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our factory team in New South Wales. As an Operator, you will be responsible for owning and being accountable for a set of machines, equipment, and/or processes within your working area.

This includes performing routine operational tasks to achieve area targets, such as starting-up, shutting-down, monitoring, cleaning, and carrying out basic changeovers and minor repairs.

Requirements:

- GCSE level or above in education
- Fluent English verbal and written skills
- Experience in FMCG / Factory Operations industry desirable
- Mechanical training or experience in fault-finding beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

- Be part of a shift team contributing to achievement of targets
- Accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipment
- Escalate issues as appropriate, provide full and accurate handover
- Repair mechanical breakdowns using trained knowledge and experience
