**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient factory and warehouse.
- Work closely with a skilled team to keep production running smoothly.
- Help maintain high-quality standards across all operations.
- Stick to strict Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines, ensuring safety for yourself and the team.
- Support the Factory Manager with a variety of hands-on tasks in manufacturing and operations.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Forklift licence? Bonus points for that
- A strong work ethic and physical fitness - this is a role that keeps you moving.
- A positive attitude and a team-first mentality, but also the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or factory environments is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, with hands-on training from industry experts.
- A commitment to safety, with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.

- Work location: This is an in-person, hands-on role in our factory.
- Work hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Factory / Manufacturing: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
