YOUR ROLE
Join our freight forwarding team in Pemulwuy as a Customer Service Administrator, supporting our customer on-site through various administrative tasks using CEVA and customer systems.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Coordinate tracking and tracing for all orders
Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders at the customer's site, fostering strong relationships
Review, complete, and process documents related to orders, shipments, requests, and providers
Assist with developing and maintaining administrative processes and systems
Support the team in resolving issues related to fulfilment, planning, timing, and status
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has customer service experience within freight forwarding (ocean import operations a bonus), with skills in:
Microsoft Excel for data manipulation
High-level interpersonal and communication skills
Effective time management and planning
Strong customer service and relationship management orientation
