Are you ready to lead the charge in ensuring seamless, secure, and high-performance ICT infrastructure?

We are looking for a strategic-minded individual who excels at collaborating with fellow leaders to synchronise our organisation's strategy.

Reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery, you'll ensure the seamless operation, security, and performance of our ICT infrastructure. Your responsibilities include overseeing all IT infrastructure components, from servers and networks to end-user computing. You will be providing leadership and mentorship to x2 IT Infrastructure Engineers in NSW to maintain top-notch service delivery, whilst continuing strong stakeholder relationships with the IT Services Manager, IT Applications Manager, Head of Information Security, ePMO, and other Business Stakeholders along with external stakeholders such as Managed Services Providers, Telecommunications Providers, Audio Visual Providers, and other Technology Providers

**Your new role will also include but not be limited to**:

- Aligning IT strategies with our business goals.
- Staying ahead with innovative technologies for efficiency and security.
- Managing technology partners and service providers effectively.
- Maintaining uptime and performance across all components.
- Proactively monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
- Implementing security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborating across departments for seamless operations.
- Providing after-hours support when needed.

**To excel in this role, you should have**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (master's preferred).
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure management experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Expertise in server, network, and security systems management.
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
