Ict Infrastructure Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering high-quality IT services to support the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ICT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth functioning of critical systems, infrastructure, networks, security, and support desk. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders internal and external.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of our ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases
  • Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of our ICT systems
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve ICT service delivery
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of leading ICT practices and systems
  • Manage the ICT Service Desk function, providing high-quality support for all ICT services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in an ICT Operations role, including people management
  • Ability to communicate technology concepts to personnel at all levels
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Focussed, driven, and motivated approach
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
