**About the role**
This role is pivotal in managing contractor relationships, providing technical support, and driving business development. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence across your region, with a focus on remote team management and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support a network of 35-40 roadside assistance service providers.
- Provide coaching, technical guidance, and business development advice.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Manage contractor performance and foster strong business relationships.
- This role requires regular travel to meet prearranged and ad hoc schedule
- Drive change management initiatives and service quality improvements.
**About you**
If you are a skilled leader with a background in automotive services and a passion for building strong partnerships, then we want to hear from you.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Automotive industry knowledge is essential.
- Proven experience managing teams and regions remotely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and safety.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, formal, and informal.
- Effective conflict resolution and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- A customer-first mindset and strong time management skills.
