**The Opportunity**
Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an HR Advisor to join our HR & Learning team in our Melbourne or Sydney office. Working closely with the HR Manager and HRBPs, you will provide support on all aspects of operational HR across the Business Operations, paralegal, and PA teams nationally across our offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. You'll be expected to establish and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders within the teams, always ensuring an excellent quality and coverage of HR advice and support. The HR Advisor will be the primary point of contact for issues across the teams but will work closely with the senior HR team members to support as required.
As a high performing team, we are looking for someone who is like-minded in their goal to do great work, learn and grow professionally, whilst bringing enthusiasm to the role.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- At least three years HR Generalist experience in a professional services firm (ideally legal, but not exclusionary)
- A degree in Business majoring in HR or similar
- Experience of advising managers and senior stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
- Strong technical skills and a good working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
- Organisational skills and an ability to 'get things done' in an efficient and timely manner
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to work well both independently as well as part of a team
