About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Senior Learning Designer to lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions across various projects.
This role involves conducting needs analysis, concept generation, and storyboarding to ensure all solutions achieve clear learning outcomes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an ability to facilitate discovery and design sessions with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality learning solutions that drive engagement and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, and internal teams to scope and design learning solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet objectives, timeframes, and quality expectations.
About You:
We're looking for a down-to-earth, naturally creative, and collaborative individual with superb communication skills and an uncanny knack for sense-making and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate L&D or an agency environment as a learning consultant or designer.
- Experience conducting needs analysis and designing innovative solutions.
- Comfortable facilitating discovery and design sessions with stakeholders, including senior positions.
- Familiarity with human-centred design or design thinking principles.
