Overview
Peoplebank has partnered with a leading global technology consultancy to deliver a portfolio of large-scale, business-critical programs for a high-profile telecommunications client. We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager / Director to provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight across multiple complex initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead and direct large-scale, complex programs to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
Provide executive-level leadership and accountability, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Drive program-level planning, execution, and governance while aligning with overall business objectives and strategy.
Oversee program financials including forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
Establish and manage strong stakeholder engagement, including executive and senior-level presentations.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple projects.
Lead scope and change management processes, ensuring stability and control of program outcomes.
Manage resource allocation and workforce planning across the delivery lifecycle.
Oversee third-party vendor and partner engagement, including commercial negotiations.
Build a program community of best practice through knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
Role Requirements
Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex programs (software, infrastructure, and product implementation).
Demonstrated success delivering outcomes in highly complex customer and vendor environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
Strong commercial acumen, with proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
Expertise in governance, risk management, and change management.
Ability to identify business growth opportunities and support presales or program extension activities.
