Our nationally accredited courses offer flexible learning options for students nationwide.Job DescriptionAbout The Role:As a Business Development Executive, you will work on-site and be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving enrolment growth for our online domestic programs.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the online education sectorBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partnersAnalyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to enhance our online program offeringsMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIsDesired Skills and ExperienceRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in business development, preferably in the education sectorMust willing to travel across AustraliaMust be available Monday-Friday and some weekends if travellingStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM systems and data analysis toolsSound knowledge of ASQA RTO standardsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamDesired AttributesMBA or relevant qualification or a minimum of two years of Australian domestic student experienceExperience in online education or e-learning platformsUnderstanding of the Australian Healthcare Education landscapeWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package with performance-based incentivesOpportunities for professional development and career growthSupportive and innovative work environmentChance to make a significant impact in the healthcare education sectorIf you're ready to take your career to the next level and contribute to the growth of Australia's healthcare workforce, we want to hear from you.
