**Your new company**

Our client within the civil construction industry is looking for a motivated Receptionist to join their team located on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring all reception and administration functions are managed efficiently and effectively.

**Your new role**

The key objective of the position is to provide strong customer service, both in person and via the telephone. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Creating a great first impression through acting as the first point of contact in the office and over the phone
- Booking and coordinating jobs
- Data entry and providing general administration support to the office
- The use of various systems, including XERO, and Microsoft Office Suite

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You must have exceptional computer literacy, with intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Packages, exposure to the accounting software program XERO would be highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills & professional presentation are essential.
