We understand a quality receptionist is someone who:

• Understands the important role a receptionist plays in developing a dental practice through effective appointment scheduling and management

• Enjoys working in a team and playing a vital role connecting the clinical and administration parts of a dental practice

• Demonstrates their exceptional ability to communicate with patients and the broader team in a collaborative environment

• Is appreciated for their contribution to smooth business operations

• Brings a positive, approachable, and professional personality that helps set the tone for the entire patient experience

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Some dental assisting/back-office knowledge is highly desirable

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask

• A warm, engaging personality with the confidence to take initiative and contribute to a supportive, team-driven culture


• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist (preferred)
