**The Opportunity**

As one of the largest utility providers in the South East, this company is working towards delivering sustainable and economically viable solutions and services to its customers. We are on the hunt for a Receptionist to mand the desk 14 hours a week for a 12 week period. This is perfect for anyone looking work either 4 hours a day for 3 days a week, or 2 days a week for full days. The days are flexible, however Fridays are a must.

**About the Role**

Looking for a skilled and professional receptionist to join the team As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing the key register and performing general administrative tasks e.g. stationery orders, laminating, binding etc. You will also assist the Executive Assistant when necessary including ad hoc administrative duties.
