**About Us**:
Minecraft College of Australia is a nationally registered training organisation (RTO) committed to delivering high-quality, compliant training in the construction industry. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer & Assessor to deliver _CPCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry_ to a diverse range of students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and compliant training sessions for CPCWHS1001
- Assess student competency in line with training package requirements
- Ensure delivery aligns with the Standards for RTOs and WHS regulatory requirements
- Assess student performance accurately against unit requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and assessment documentation
- Participate in regular moderation and validation processes

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current and relevant vocational competency in CPCWHS1001 and CPCWHS2001

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated current industry experience in construction and WHS
- Sound understanding of WHS legislative requirements
- Ability to deliver training in both classroom and online settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering White Card training would be an additional benefit
