We are a boutique accommodation venue with 50-seat restaurant and bar located in the Hunter Valley wine country and we are seeking an experienced Hospitality Superstar to join our team.

Essential
- Min 2 years waiting or bar experience in a busy venue

Food handlers certification and RSA

Bright, outgoing personality

Pride in appearance and personal presentation

Basic computer skills

Excellent communication skills

Desirable
- Able to prepare and plan menus with chef Help with organising functions and events

Knowledge of local wines
Able to ensure compliance with sanitation and health/safety regulations

Able to deliver a superior guest service experience
Manage restaurant reservations and seating plans

Front and back of House restaurant operations
Ability to work in a team and independently

Have a high attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

Social media and promotions skills

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
