Restaurant Bar Attendant

About the Role:

The Sydney Restaurant Group is currently looking for a skilled bar attendant to join their team at one of their restaurants across Sydney. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and being knowledgeable about cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and provide warm customer service to patrons.
  • Create and serve innovative cocktails at the bar.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Be knowledgeable about cocktail menus and continuously develop new drink recipes.
  • Deliver checks and accept payment from customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with the right to work in Australia.
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
  • Ability to multitask and organize priorities effectively.
