**Billing Officer**

Our client is a global leading company providing quality and sophisticated logistics solution based on its vast experience and accumulated technological capabilities. They are currently seeking a Billing Officer to join their team at Bankstown airport.

This is an exceptional opportunity for those individuals who are seeking for a long-term position. The successful applicants will be responsible for the efficient high-quality billing support as well as maintenance of the day to day processes and procedures including but not limited to billing and payments.

**Broad Scope**:
Performs accurately billing and issuing invoices and performs Monthly closing

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform billing on clients for logistics services rendered
- Receive and process invoices sent from LSP
- Perform AR/AR duties
- Prepare of monthly closing and issue monthly statements
- Keep client's files updated with current invoices, bills and all other relevant information
- Provide analysis on cost propriety and assist Finance Manager with reports on findings

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in appropriate course (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- 1-2 years of working experience in related field is desired but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while carrying heavy workload

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
