Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Officer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for those individuals who are seeking a long-term position.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality billing support, as well as maintaining day-to-day processes and procedures including billing and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate billing and issue invoices to clients for logistics services rendered.
  • Receive and process invoices sent from Logistics Service Providers (LSP).
  • Process accounts receivable duties.
  • Prepare monthly closing and issue monthly statements.
  • Keep client files updated with current invoices, bills, and relevant information.
  • Provide analysis on cost propriety and assist the Finance Manager with reports on findings.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred.
1-2 years of working experience in a related field desired but not essential.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while carrying a heavy workload.

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
