Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Customer Service Officer (CSO) will be forefront of delivering an exceptional experience through resolution of queries, order and quote processing and connecting customer to product either in branch or via phone or email.This is a great starter role within Bullivants for someone looking to develop their career.
Based onsite at Bullivants Braeside across a Monday - Friday roster this is a permanent, full-time opportunityAbout the role:Resolve sales enquiries within our branch or via phone and emailBuild engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders dailyProcessing and data entry of customer orders, quotes, and handle end-to-end customer interactionsProvide product-based information and cross-selling where requiredEnsure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframesTo be successful, you will have:Previous experience within a Sales or Customer Service environmentAbility to work unsupervised in a small teamExcellent oral and written communicationComprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and WordStrong time management skills with a solution focused approach to problem solvingBe safety minded and promote all things safety within our branchExperience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry advantageousAbout us:Career development and progression pathwaysOpportunities to learn and growA supportive network of stakeholdersDiscounts to Bunnings, Kmart, Officeworks and a range of other corporate partnersLong and short term incentivesAt Bullivants, for over 120 years, our purpose is to make lifting safe and efficient by partnering with our customers to deliver a range of lifting and heavy rigging products coupled with service and reliability maintenance.
