**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Consultant, Digital Sales Strategy. **The role will drive the Digital Sales strategy with a goal to uplift Digital Sales both in opens volume and in digital channel share. In addition, this role will prioritise and drive the delivery of key initiatives that uplift the digital sales experience in order to meet these ambitious goals.

**The role and day to day will include**:

- Achieving the digital sales portfolio targets and driving the increase in channel share contribution
- Driving the delivery of the end-to-end digital sales strategy for portfolio products
- Manage the delivery of digital sales initiatives: drive and coordinate sprints with relevant delivery squads; identify user needs, commercial opportunities and ensure the initiative positively contributes to the achieving the sales target
- Supporting the delivery of agreed initiatives outlined in the digital sales roadmap on time, to budget and to quality standards leveraging squad resources as appropriate
- Have an experimentation mindset enabling you to provide test and target optimization recommendations across digital assets and the product portfolio, driving the incremental uplift of sales.
- Assisting with identifying new digital channels, initiatives or opportunities that can be utilised for digital sales.
- Have the finger on the pulse and be across best practice digital sales experiences external to NAB and bring back to positively influence NAB's customer experience
- Developing strategic rationale, modeling, and recommendations, to be presented to senior NAB stakeholders for approval and to support decision making
- Work closely with key stakeholders of the funnel value chain (Product, Marketing, Form Experience teams) to drive improvements across the E2E sales journey

**What** **you will bring**:
You will have demonstrated experience working in a similar Digital Sales role with strong analytics skills and working knowledge of the Product Ownership process, preferably within a large corporate organisation ideally in the Financial Services sector. In addition, you will have:

- A strong background in funnel analysis and conversion optimisation, understanding what drives all parts of the E2E digital sales funnel
- Use data storytelling to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Strong experience in digital analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar)
- Able to collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain to identify why users drop out and develop recommendations on what can be done to reduce/stop leakage
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on the customer and driving outcomes
- Proven ability to influence positive outcomes across a wide stakeholder network
- A mindset of continuous improvement and innovation whilst being agile, flexible and resilient to manage the challenge of working on multiple initiatives
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant field
