**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Consultant, Digital Sales **to lead and drive the digital B&PB sales performance across all digital sales channels.

This role will be responsible for the digital sales analysis, strategy and execution across B&PB; including sales funnel management, performance and optimization. In this role you will support and drive customer journey understanding for digital including quantitative research and translating insights into solid business opportunities. You will leverage analytics tools such as Adobe and PowerBI to measure and optimise sales funnels from visits to completes, to account opens / drawdowns, and track and report on the digital sales initiatives.

**The role and day to day will include**:

- Support improvement of digital sales performance across B&PB; including the end-to-end digital sales strategy, partnering with relevant Domains
- Support implementation of driving traffic and optimising sales experience on digital channels
- Support implementation of optimisation / personalisation activities for NAB on digital channels
- Understand and share global digital sales benchmarking trends and best practices
- Work with Marketing to drive increased and higher quality visits to digital channels to increase sales
- Support the track and improvement key performance metrics for digital sales

**What** you will bring**:
You will have demonstrated experience working in a similar Digital Sales functions and have digital sales optimisation capabilities coupled with strong analytics skills, preferably within a large corporate organisation, ideally in the Financial Services sector. In addition, you will have:

- Proven experience in uplifting sales performance across the end-to-end digital sales process / funnel
- Experience to drive take-up and adoption of digital sales features
- Demonstrated experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcomes including shareholder, customer, and employee value
- Proven track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Be an expert in website / digital metrics and reporting suites (e.g. Adobe, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Be an expert in digital sales funnel (i.e. top, middle and end of funnel)
- Sound understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Sound understanding of optimisation and personalisation concepts
- Business Acumen: Understands business drivers, has financial & commercial orientation, analytical and data driven
- Able to collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain to identify why users drop out and develop recommendations on what can be done to reduce/stop leakage
- Proven ability to influence positive outcomes across a wide stakeholder network
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant field
