At Perpetual our Phone Based Consultants are responsible for providing high quality customer service to our Advisors and valued client base.
Our Phone Based Consultants will undertake a comprehensive training programme. Here at Perpetual we have a strong supportive and collaborative senior management network in place, as well as motivated and enthusiastic colleagues.

Here are some specifics about the opportunity:- Servicing customer queries in our Perpetual contact centre- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all products, fund performance, procedures and business rules- Send statements and reports to clients/advisers when requested- Report and escalate identified risks and issues to team leaders as appropriate
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- 2+ years Customer Service experience from hospitality, retail, finance, or telecommunications- Degree qualified in Business, Commerce or similar an advantage- Strong interest in financial services, wealth management and/or asset management- Strong communication skills, written & verbal- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
