InvestSMART Group Ltd has a position available for a Client Services Consultant.
About the business and the role:
InvestSMART is a growing business in the fintech space and is looking for a talented client services consultant to join the team in its Sydney CBD office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for finance, investing, customer service and technology to join a growth driven organisation and grow your career within a fun and focused work environment.
With a proactive, can-do attitude, you will be provided on-the-job training across our products and services to be able to provide our clients with exceptional service. You will have a good level of initiative, the ability to problem solve and to work in a mature and autonomous manner. You will have excellent attention to detail, be organized, be able to meet deadlines and the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Your Skills and Experience
· Desirable –RG146 qualified or willingness to obtain. A Diploma of Financial Planning will be highly regarded.
· Essential - Financial Services Industry experience.
· Experience in Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection Insurance within a contact center environment – highly desirable
· Experience in effective and efficient office administration
· An interest in investing and the drive to continue to learn will be seen as highly desirable
Your Key Responsibilities
· You will be interacting directly with new and existing clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails and Live Chat.
· Ensure the client database is maintained at all times.
· Assisting with the on boarding of new funds management clients.
· Assisting with administration of existing accounts.
· First point of contact for potential clients.
· Commitment and understanding to working in an environment with sensitive, private and confidential information.
· Go above & beyond and take the necessary time to help our members use our system and products to reach their financial goals.
· Retention of existing clients through exceptional customer service.
