As a Client Service Consultant, you'll be part of a national team of experts, connecting with our clients and Financial Advisors, helping to resolve their issues quickly and with empathy.

What role will you play?

As a Client Service Consultant within our Wealth division, you will work alongside and communicate with Financial Advisors to assist with the delivery of financial products and services. You will utilize our advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone calls. Your ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions will help resolve client issues in real-time.

You will also identify and escalate issues to supervisors, look for opportunities to improve our best practice guides, and direct queries to support teams as needed.

What you offer
  • 1+ year of experience in wealth management, superannuation, or related fields within a contact centre environment
  • High accuracy and typing skills for effective use of live chat platforms
  • Critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve complex client issues, providing advice on our products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills with empathy and timely query resolution
