**About the role**

The Brand & Campaigns Team exists to position and govern our brand to build trust & value with customers. As part of this team, the Officer - Marketing is responsible for providing marketing advice & delivery aligned to our brand to ensure customers are kept informed & engaged.

**What you can expect with this role**
- You'll use your creativity to coordinate the production of new promotional merchandise in line with brand & corporate objectives, including ongoing maintenance of stock levels.
- You'll build your technical campaign knowledge by managing the delivery of ad hoc marketing projects and supporting the wider Brand & Campaigns Team with campaign support where required.
- You'll work alongside a trusted agency partner to coordinate non-campaign print advertising for the organisation.
- You'll build & manage relationships with key internal & external stakeholders as well as key suppliers to enhance and protect Water Corporations reputation, identity & brand.
- You'll support the daily management of the Brand & Campaigns Team mailbox and workflow tool to ensure efficient operations.
- You'll support a cross-collaborative communication effort in the event of an incident, with occasional out of hours work required.

**Your skills and experience**

There's a few things we'll look out for in your CV:
**The specific skills we're looking for are**:

- Tertiary level qualification in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, digital or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in a similar client side or agency role.
- Relevant experience in communication channels and tools such as Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Relevant experience with providing brand advice in alignment to corporate style.
- Relevant experience in meeting customer needs within a large organisation.
