We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition Team on aFixed-Term Full-Time, 6-month contract.In this hands-on role, you'll lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for Disability Support Workers, initially in Rockhampton and Toowoomba, then expanding across Queensland.
You'll partner with local leaders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, build strong talent pipelines, and support our mission to make possibility a reality for people with disability.

Some travel to our regional sites will be required as you support recruitment on the ground.
Key responsibilities of this role are to:
Deliver end-to-end recruitment on active roles including developing job-based recruitment strategies/ campaigns.
Improve the speed to hire through innovation and refinement of processes in line with changing workforce needs.
Manage all stages of the process including shortlisting, phone screening, booking interviews, responding to candidates and ensuring appropriate assessments and checks are completed.
Proactively source candidates using various sources such as job boards, networking events/ career expos and talent pools.
Ensure the candidate experience is aligned to the employee value proposition.
What you can bring to the team
Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition role with experience in disability services, health care, NFP or volume recruitment an advantage.
Demonstrated experience providing expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated capacity to facilitate job / organisation / culture fit of candidates that delivers on quality of hire outcomes.
