Join Origin's dynamic Energy Supply & Operations Compliance team as the Manager - Compliance Environment, and be at the forefront of delivering reliable, affordable, and cleaner energy to Australians. You will play a key role in supporting Origin's Energy Supply & Operations (ES&O) business navigate a rapidly changing regulatory landscape, manage compliance risks, and respond to changes in both its internal and external environment. You will drive and execute regulatory change initiatives by partnering with the business to understand and assess the operational impacts, influencing decisions relating to the development of strategies that enable and embed compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identify and monitor changes in the external environment which may impact ES&O activities and engage the business to understand and respond to these changes.
- Develop and manage regulatory change initiatives, change management programs, compliance tools and processes, including the ES&O obligations registers.
- Conduct business impact assessments and work closely with operational teams to embed compliance change processes.
- Effectively communicate complex risk and compliance content simply and concisely, providing practical and pragmatic advice to the business.
- Assisting the ES&O to understand, prioritise, and comply with its regulatory obligations.

You will be passionate about compliance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. With proven Compliance expertise and experience in supporting with regulatory obligations, managing regulatory change initiatives. You will also have:

- Extensive demonstrated regulatory change management experience within a highly regulated environment, preferably within the energy, mining, oil and gas, or transport and logistics sectors.
- Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills that enable complex risk and compliance information to be conveyed clearly and concisely
- A team player with outstanding relationship-building and problem-solving skills, known for proactively involving others in decision-making.
- Drive and enthusiasm to operate in a fast-paced, challenging environment with diverse stakeholders, possessing high-level organisational skills, attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
