**Your New Role**:
The Employee Wellbeing & Safety Business Partner will be responsible for supporting the implementation of consistent wellbeing and safety programs across multiple business units within the Australian Unity enterprise. The Business Partner will be at the frontline of our business working closely with business units, sites, and employees to improve how we manage employee wellbeing and safety. There will be an expectation to be trusted advisors to business unit managers, at all levels, with strong personal relationships and the ability to influence key decision makers.

Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of consistently high levels of safety outcomes, legislative compliance, a culture of continuous improvement and a strong safe work culture.

**Your New Role Looks Like This**:

- Ensure employees and people leaders understand and are able to effectively implement employee wellbeing and safety standards to meet legislative requirements
- Provide ongoing coaching, advice and assistance regarding employee wellbeing and safety policies and procedures
- Provide day-to-day advice to the business on the management of employee wellbeing and safety, having regard to operational requirements
- Assist with the reporting and analysis of employee wellbeing and safety data
- Lead or be active in a stream of the 'Safer Me' project as determined by the Employee Wellbeing & Safety Lead

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Health & Safety or related discipline
- Well-developed knowledge of Health & Safety and wellbeing
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills (results will be delivered through influencing)
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations
- Proactive, engaged, collaborative and professional
