Key responsibilities for this role include:
Developing and implementing asset management strategies
Leading the creation of annual business plans to outline key initiatives
Identifying, evaluating, and implementing redevelopment, reconfiguration, or refurbishment opportunities
Evaluating technical and environmental factors for new investments that align with the company's Asia Pacific strategy
Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, including financial analysis, memo preparation, and presenting at investment committees
Building a comprehensive network in the APAC real estate market
Managing relationships with key partners
Collaborating with internal teams and local partners on investment or asset management initiatives
Additionally, this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a small team and coordinate with senior team members, external advisors, and junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. They will also possess strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals.
