Real Estate Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks, including overseeing contractors' work.
- Facilitate leasing processes, marketing vacancies, tenant screening, and lease agreements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to property performance.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Fluent English language proficiency; Mandarin speaking is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
