We have a great opportunity to join the team as Mobilisation Supervisor in our Perth Office.

**Responsibilities will Include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage resource and rostering to ensure effective coverage
- Be hands on and jump in to help the team where necessary
- Support the high-volume workforce mobilisation activities within a fast-paced environment
- Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including contract preparation, approvals, payroll onboarding documents, site access, medicals, inductions, police clearances and skills/training verifications
- Conduct regular 1-1's and coaching to enable employee development
- Monitor and measure performance output and proactively address training needs
- Lead by example to provide quality customer service
- Ensure service standards and processes are followed and evolved to meet and exceed business needs
- Review and develop processes to simplify and gain efficiencies

**To be successful, the following criteria will be highly regarded**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding the nature of fast paced project environments
- Positive, engaging personality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail with accurate computer and data entry skills
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders
