**About The Job Role**
- The Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect will prepare and undertake pools & landscapes design consultations with clients.
- Design and draw all pool and landscape plans as required for approvals and construction
- The job will be based at the company's office in South West Sydney (Camden / Campbelltown) with flexible working / WFH options available

**Duties**
- Undertake face to face client consultations to create pools & landscape design concept plans
- Prepare detailed Pool & Landscape plans consistent with client, council and developer requirements
- Maintain Vectorworks database with up-to-date templates
- Coordinate and liaise with other internal departments to resolve project based issues
- Preparation of pool & landscape plan amendments and updates as required by clients, internal stakeholders, councils and developers
- Review engineer plans and make necessary changes to pool and landscapes Plans
- To ensure Pool and Landscape plans are compliant with DA and CDC conditions of consent, and make amendments as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant qualification is Landscape Design / Landscape Architecture
- At least 1 years' experience in Landscape and Pool design for residential home projects
- Experience in the use of Vectorworks
