Job Opportunity: Landscape Architect

This is an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Architect to join our team and play a key role in shaping public domains for sustainable growth. You will be responsible for managing key projects, providing specialist landscape design and urban input into town centre renewal programs, and working on tier one playgrounds.

  • You will work within a team to provide quality design and project development services for various town centres, urban planning, recreation, and bushland/natural area projects.
  • Your duties will include developing frameworks and concept designs for key parklands and urban spaces, managing special projects arising from the Liveable Centres Program, preparing detailed designs and cost estimates, and ensuring designs meet professional standards.

Key requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture or a related design field.
  • A Class C Driver's Licence and White Card are also required.
  • You will need to have a minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in Landscape Architecture, with high-level skills and experience in design and documentation using AutoCAD.
  • We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively within multi-discipline teams.
  • An eligibility for Registration with AILA (Australian Institute of Landscape Architects) is also essential.
