Job Title

We are seeking talented Landscape Architects to join our Sydney team.

With a diverse range of projects, including public domain and urban spaces, parks and open spaces, educational and institutional sites, transport and infrastructure, commercial and residential, and mixed-use precincts, we're looking for designers that are driven by the potential of great public spaces, vibrant cities, and thriving landscapes.

Designers will contribute to design excellence across all project stages, working on various project typologies and scales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and documenting landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
  • Collaborating with the design team to achieve design excellence and meet project goals.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong portfolio that showcases exceptional visual communication skills.

Applicants should have a degree qualification in Landscape Architecture or related field, with 2+ years of experience in landscape, urban design, or architecture. A passion for good design, creativity, and collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Senior Designers will bring 5+ years of industry experience, recent exposure to supervising a project team, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading design teams to deliver high-quality landscape architecture projects.
  • Mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Managing project delivery, client relationships, and project budgets.

Applicants should have a degree qualification in landscape architecture, urban design, architecture, or other aligned fields, with a proven track record of delivering complex landscape architecture projects. Commercial awareness, contract management, and leadership skills are highly valued in this role.

  • Degree qualification in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in landscape, urban design, or architecture.
