As a key member of the Community Capacity Building team, you'll be responsible for driving arts and cultural initiatives within the City. You'll ensure the Rockingham Arts Centre is a well-utilised space with high-quality exhibitions and programs. Your expertise in Art Collection management will assist to guide public art projects and manage the City's art assets. In addition, you'll oversee curatorial contracts and collaborate on various culture and arts projects that contribute to the vibrancy of the community.

**WHAT WE ARE OFFERING**:

- A gross salary of **$82,627 per annum**:

- Option to work a 19 day month or a 9 day fortnight
- Flexible working arrangements
- Two additional paid days of leave per annum

- 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%

**Selection criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating arts-related programs and activities.
- Proven experience in contract management, service agreement oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong experience in art collection management and public art commissions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
