The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key projects, including research and consultation initiatives that aim to enhance the well-being of local communities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the social services or social research sector.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and strong research, report writing, and project management skills are essential.

Demonstrated understanding of evaluation frameworks and program evaluation design is also highly valued.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead research and consultation initiatives to inform the development of effective community programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and participation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations.
  • Provide project management support to ensure timely delivery of key projects.
  • Contribute to the development of reports and papers to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Strong research, report writing, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of evaluation frameworks and program evaluation design.
  • Relevant experience in the homelessness and/or assertive outreach sector (desirable).
